Customer-User of the service rights


The customer has the right to: Get a service according to the level of quality defined by TMB.

Be informed of the offered service, of how it is given, of the incidences, and also of the fares and the various travelcards available.

Be treated correctly by all the staff in the company.

Make any pertinent claims in relation to the offered service.

Get an answer to any claims made within the 15 days after their reception by TMB.

Transport prams, as far as they do not represent a nuisance for the other users of the service.

Change the ticket for another one to travel any other day in the event the trip has been suspended.
