TMB maintains a Confidentiality Policy for the data provided to it by
its Clients, and commits itself to protecting the personal data of the
Clients online. The data protection extends itself to all things related
to the capture and use of information provided across the Internet.
In this sense, TMB guarantees you, in the terms established by the Organic
Law 15/1999, of the 13th of December of Data Protection of a Personal
Character (LOPD) that it will treat your personal data in a confidential
manner, as well as the server in which this data will be stored and
will treat this data with the necessary security measures to avoid the
access to said data by unauthorized third parties.
To which effect TMB guarantees that it has adopted the necessary measures
of technical and organization nature in its facilities, systems and
files, in adherence with that established in the Royal Decree 994/1999,
of the 11th of June, by which are approved the Security Measures applicable
to Automated Files with Data of a Personal Character, and all other
development norms.
In spite of this, TMB could reveal to the competent public authorities
the data of personal nature and any other information which it has in
its power by means of its IT systems, whenever these should be required
in adherence to legal and reglimentary dispositions applicable to each
case.
In adherence to that outlined in the LOPD, the Client will receive detailed
information about the treatment and use of his date of personal nature
in the buying process.
