Objectes perduts  What to do if you lose an item at our installations
  • Process the claim: Fill the lost & found form, or phone (from the 17 hours of the day after your belongings were lost) to: 93 318 70 74 where we will ask you a short description of the object.
  • Locate your belongings: If your object has been located, you will be redirected to CENTRE D'UNIVERSITAT (L-1), where you can recover it in the next 24 hours.
  • Pick up your belongings: When you go to pick up your belongings, you will be asked to present identification and to sign a form to confirm the item was released to you.

    • Objects found and not claimed, in the deadline of a week will be sent to:
