| What to do if you lose an item
at our installations |

1. If you lose an item while using our services, you can request it in our lost & found form. You can also contact us, from the 17 hours of the day after your belongings were
lost, at any of our CUSTOMER
SERVICE CENTERS or telephone: 93
318 70 74 . There, you will be asked to give a brief
description of the item in question.

| 2. If your object is located, we will send it to CENTER
AT DIAGONAL (L-5), where you can recover it in the next 24 hours. |
|
| 3. When you go to pick up your
belongings, you will be asked to present identification and
to sign a form to confirm the item was released to
you. |

| Unclaimed items |
|
| Objects found and not claimed in the deadline of a week will be
sent to: |
