
Since the 1980s, Transports Metropolitans
de Barcelona (TMB) has been making enormous efforts to improve
the quality of the services which the Metro and Bus companies
provide for everyone in Barcelona and its environs.
To this end, the core of our efforts has always been -- and
continues to be -- that of fulfilling the needs expressed
by our passengers.
The Service Charter and the commitments it contains is just
one part of the initiatives brought together in TMB's Quality
Action Plan.
Every single member of the organization plays a part in the
success of this plan, particularly those employees in direct
contact with our passengers.
