TMB's new challenges in front of social changes

As a company that manages 90% of the transport service in the Barcelona area, TMB cannot ignore the changes taking place in its environment and the new needs arising in the society of the 21st century.
In some cases the laws set the rules- the passing of the accessibility law in the year 1991 and its posterior modification in 1995, the labour insertion of people with handicaps,- social conscience is growing, a fact that has reinforced the need of companies to take on a Corporative Social Responsibility.

At present, the staff in TMB is of approximately 7000 people and gives transport to 500 million customers every year.
