TMB signed an agreement with the "Oficina per la No Discriminació" (OND), an office that depends from the Civil Rights Council of Barcelona Town Council

The aim is to establish a bipartite relation to enhance, as much as possible, the services given to the citizen: mediation, training and counselling.

In this framework of action, the OND guarantees the correct execution of the actions that TMB is carrying out in matters of non discrimination and interculturality.

At the same time, it acts as a pillar for the agreements that TMB is reaching with other companies that are representative of the intercultural environment in order to assist the particular needs of each of the groups that make up the staff of TMB, and encourage their social and labour integration..
