Facing these challenges, TMB aims for the maximum encouragement
of its relations in matters related to intercultural and civil
rights.
A program for the training and awareness of all the staff
at TMB was designed in order to avoid discrimination and encourage
intercultural relations.
In its first phase, and before the end of the year 2001,
the security and intervention groups (conductors), who are
the most susceptible to face these problems, took part in
these actions.
On a second phase, the module addressed to the awareness of
people in regards to discriminatory and intercultural matters
was included in all the recycling programs.
