We have implemented a programme of quality systems in accordance with the ISO 9002 international standard. Our quality standards are duly credited and certified, and we can guarantee meeting quality standards in the management of our essential processes, such as organisation.

We have also appointed a Waste Director, who will undertake the task of representing us before the Administration regarding environmental matters and is responsible for examining the best form of waste treatment in order to conform to regulations laid down by law.
Thanks to our efforts we have succeeded in having the Barcelona bus network granted the ISO 14001 diploma that certifies the environmental management system we have put in place.
