The legacy of a great event

In the year 2004, Barcelona hosted an international meeting that was an unprecedented event: the Universal Forum of Cultures. The epicentre of this major event was a newly developed seafront area covering 30 hectares. This area has become an important venue for major events and leisure activities for the whole family: the Forum Park, where you will find the Forum Building which hosts a programme of touring exhibitions and activities.
